Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • Canada & USA: 5–12 business days
  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or high order volume.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a product qualifies for Free Shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (if tracking is available).

Delayed or Lost Packages

Tasmim Shop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal service issues
  • Customs delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

If your package appears lost, contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us for support.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We may not be able to change it after the order is processed
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
